Step 1: Package and export SharePoint On-primes content Schema structure:
  • Create Site column answer file and export the site columns schemas.
  • Create taxonomy answer file and export term groups schema.
  • Create Site content type answer file and export the content type schemas.
  • Create List answer file for the document and list libraries to migrate.
  • Create Document and List column answer files and export the columns schema.
  • Analyze and fix if there is any issue.
  • **Note here we export all content structure and we will select what we want to import in Step 2.

  • Analyze and select desired content structure to import.
  • Import desired site columns.
  • Import desired term groups.
  • Create desired document libraries or lists.
  • Import desired document library or lists columns.
